Bad year for inground sprinklers?
We had our sprinklers turned on for the season and we needed 20 need heads. The guy said it was a bad winter. We have never had more then 2 need to be replaced.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Re: Bad year for inground sprinklers?
My husband is in the business and I used to work in a sprinkler company office. That seems like a lot of heads to have to be replaced. You should ask they guy to show you the heads. You should look for broken seals around the head resulting in puddling around the heads.

Re: Bad year for inground sprinklers?
We were not home when he came and he just marked them off with flags, we have yet to have them repaired. There are some puddeling in some areas that we saw when we came home after they had left. Guess I should have DH go out and see what the issue is. Just seems so strange to us, and the thought of having to fix 20 of them seems like an insane amount.
