I've heard good, and bad. They have been there forever. Bad, they change delivery dates often.

This is why I hate ordering furniture and would much rather buy something from a clearance warehouse and take it home.
I also did a bbb search and it was great.

My parents had a bad experience there, can't remember exactly what happened but I know they weren't happy...

My parents have used them many times. We ordered a couch there and although it took a loooong time to be delivered we were very happy with them and are very happy with the couch 4 years later. If you're not in a rush, it's nice to be able to custom order and they have so many fabric choices and finishes.
