Iwent through what you are going through now a week ago. If you deliever now you will have a good size baby so don't worry. Make sure you report any symptoms to you attending doc in the hospital. I had the same exact symptoms as you you will be fine but don't be suprised if you have your baby early. Fm If you have any questions.

i am not so nervous and that baby's size - im not a big person to begin with, nor is DH. im just worried about lung development and long term issues with preemies.
although i'll obviously do whatever is safest for  and me!!

I'm saying a prayer for you and your baby My friend had her 2 babies at 32 and 34 weeks and they are both healthy, happy, 3 month and 20 month olds

omg... i am so sorry this crap is going on and i can only imagine that you are upset, but in the end, drs are doing for is right for your baby At this point, i am SURE you will be ok, even if you deliver soon. My friend, who was due 5/13, delivered a baby girl at the end of March, her water just broke. SHe also got a steroid shot and baby was born at 3 pounds. She spent a few days in NICU and now, a month later, she is a thriving little girl with NO symptoms of being a premie.
I am praying hard for your little peanut to stay put for another few weeks.

Awe sweets, I'm sorry they are going to keep you. Maybe there is a way to have the shower at the hospital? So you can still have the festivities?
