Girl name help
So tired of people and their rude comments when they ask if we have a name ...y ask every week when u know ur just gonna make a face or criticize it....y not just tell me what YOU think she shod b called.
Now when people ask I toss out weird random names and or objects so far this weekend she is cinnamon....to which I was told hmmm really thats sounds like well if u want my opinion a lil strippery...to which my reply was really strippery huh well then she wont have to change it when she gets old then......( is that even a word) idiots!

This is exactly why we're not telling anyone names until the day the baby is born. If we had a girl, our name was always going to be Sophia, but then it became wayyyy too popular. Olivia is up there as well in popularity. Gianna is our girl pick for right now, and DH is absolutely set on it and will not discuss other options, but even that is becoming too popular for me. I like Gabriella.

i like all of them except emily and kayla with your last name. i just don't love the way those two "flow" with it. any of the other ones sound great. i like olivia best.

I don't know. I think Cinnamon Speranza has a nice ring to it! 
I love Gabrielle(a) and Lia. They are on our short list as well.

I love Sophia, Olivia, Gabriella and Gianna. They were all on my list if I were having a girl. Tell people who ask they will find out when the baby is born.

That's why we didn't reveal DS' name. We still heard it after the fact though from a lot of people (about his nickname, nobody had any comments on his actual name).
I like all the names on your list - it sounds very similar to DS' class list at daycare.

Haha!
I started tossing around "Turtle Dove" as her name.... and people believed me!! I couldn't believe they took it seriously!! One guy friend of ours got really upset about it!! 
Anyway from that list I would say:

Thank you ladies! Figures total strangers would be the ones to say the nicest things in this situation.
Who knew it would be this hard to pick a name growing up im sure you all just like me had at least two or three set names through the years of playing house or barbies ...now at 32 i can't make a decision without taking a poll lol.
FYI i loved the turtle dove post ...read it to my dh and he things that should be next weeks name lol our families would just die ...and prob have us tested and committed

I kept it up for months too. And I still won't post her actual name on FB just for the sake of those who actually believe Turtle Dove is the name.
As a matter of fact.. the guy who got all worked up over it... started telling other people. DH used to bartend and the owner of the bar heard about Turtle Dove from this guy. He actually pulled DH aside to have a talk with him about the name!!!!!!!!!!!! And DH played along with it like it was really the name.
I just couldn't believe that people would buy this!! I thought it was an obvious joke name!! But I guess not!!!!

If you think about it you and your dh are genius and could quite possibly start a new trend . Now when your beautiful lo arrives no matter what name you pick everyone is going to just LOVE!! I wish i thought of that from the beginning

When I was p/g with DD#2, I told someone that we were going to name her Peyton and they said to me, "If my mom named me Peyton, I would've hated her and never forgiven her"

Ava is one of my favorites but very popular right now, so I don't think that we'll go with that but I love it and if you don't mind your daughter having a common name, go for it!
I also love Lia and Gianna. Why not combine the two to create Lianna? Liana is my niece's name and it is beautiful....it also means answered prayer! So sweet!
