Sick

At first I thought it was just allergies but I had a rough night and my throat is killing me. What is safe to take? I need some relief!

i just went through this. my doctor told me, in an email so i know i'm remembering correctly lol ,

tylenol cold & sinus (appears to have been recalled though)
mucinex-D
sudafed (plain sudafed)

i opted for mucinex-D and it def. helped. you have to get it from behind the pharm counter and show your license.

Use a neti pot to help flush out your sinuses. You just use warm water.

I just had the same thing and then it turned to a cough. Get lots of rest and drink lots of fluids. My doctor told me the only thing I can take is a cough drop, regular Robitussin or plain tylenol and drink lots of fluids. Good luck with feeling better. Have some chicken soup it helped me feel a little better.
