Had my 1st appt today...
Dr thinks it's still wayyy early in the pregnancy so she wasn't able to see anything on the sono. I'll find out my beta # tomorrow and go back for another sono next week. I'm still nervous bc I just want to know that everything is okay. She said she's not really worried and thinks it's just too early. 
Needless to say, I'm staying in hiding until I know this  is sticking w/ me!

Best of luck!!!!! How early are you? Most doctors wont see you before 8 weeks. I got sonos done early because of past miscarriages. We saw a heartbeat around 6 weeks, but before that we couldnt see much. Everyone is different too and your dates could be a little off.
