Fankles!
For the last two evenings my feet and ankles have been so swollen that they look all one (fankles)! I'm only 14 weeks, how can this be happening already? What am I going to be like at 7-9 months? 
Does anyone know what could be causing it? I have been drinking lots of water but I have been working long hours and sitting at my desk without moving much. Could that be it?

Yes! Try to put your feet up @ work. I even took my shoes off last time. Gross, but it helped so much. It definitely got worse on warmer days. Just try to drink as much as possible!

I'm using fankles from now on. Just sayin!
If I do not get up and move at least every hour fluid will pool in my ankels and feet it's so painful. Make it a point to just get up and walk around for about 5 minutes every hour.

I am starting to get swollen too..I try to keep my feet elevated as much as possible and watch my salt intake. Next time you go to the doctor, make sure to bring it up.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have so much cr@p under my desk I have no idea how I will put my feet up!
I am calling mine fankles, because it's my feet and ankles. My calves are fine so far

I agree with the above posters. Keep your feet up and watch your salt intake and up your water intake.
