weird pain woke me up last night...?
I woke up in the middle of the night with a stabbing pain in my left side, like by my stomach. i've never felt anything like it before! it lasted for like 5 seconds and then disappeared and didn't return. any ideas what that is? is that some sort of pregnancy super gas pain??

Gas or stretching....the weird "omg w t f was that?" pains will start more and more now...it sucks!

Maybe round ligament pain? I had that once when I woke up..it was sooo painful. I couldnt stand up straight. I called the dr, and the nurse said probably round ligament stretching. When I get it bad, I wear a maternity belt and it helps a bit.

I used to get that when I moved too fast in bed--like if I turned over abruptly or switched positions quickly.
I assumed it was round ligament pain...it stopped at about 21 weeks and everything is fine with LO.
