EBF - green poop - virus or milk issue?
So the twins have green poop starting today. I googled and it is either too much foremilk or a virus. Now, they did have minor colds (thanks to DS) so I guess it could be from that. But how would I know?
From what I read if it is too much foremilk and not enough hind milk they suggest offering the baby the same breast 2 feedings in a row.
I actually offer each twin the same breast for the day and switch the following day.
I was alternating them each feeding in the hospital. But when I got home I was having a really hard time remembering who was on which side.
So, WDYT? Too much foremilk or just a little bug in their belly for their colds?
BTW - it is not mucus looking so I don't think its a food sensitivity.

They gave me a poop guide at the hospital... And some green poop was normal.
Ds had green poop... But I never paid attention to it.

Once in awhile, DD would poop green (esp when I had a lot of dairy). She didn't look uncomfortable, so I let it go.
