as in a pencil?
I use maybelline's eyebrow pencil.. have been for years.. doesn't budge or smudge and it's cheap.

benefit has an eyebrow filler its a wax and powder compact..I swear by it and have used it for years!

Laura Mercier brow definer is soo good!!! It can make anyones eyebrows perfect and it looks very natural. It is a wax/gel formula so it stays put too.

This one's great!
I also like MAC's brow pencil in Spiked or Maybelline Define-a-brow (the green one w the handy comb on the end) when in a rush.

I started using this a few months ago and luv it. I also use the speed brow which is their tinted brow gel!

I like the clinique pencil but I will also use a shadow with a brow brush. I found that in the past, a pencil sometimes did more harm than good b/c it took OUT hairs.
