So is this how its done from now on?
My MS has seriously kicked in......I had to brush my teeth over the toilet bc the act of brushing was making me dry heave so badly I was afraid of getting sick in the sink. So have I been reduced to hanging over the bowl when I brush from now on.
Oh and someone in my office REEKS of cigarettes and its making me gag so bad!!!

I switched to kids toothpaste for a while. I couldn't handle the strong mint flavor, it really helped, though it's prob. not the best for your teeth.

I had to brush my teeth in the shower for the first 2 trimesters or it was just a mess! Feel better!!

try a non-minty toothpaste. i used therabreath and had minimal problems with gagging while brushing (despite everything on earth making me gag).

I rinse with mouthwash first before i brush my teeth, it helped. i think it's the toothpaste mixed with morning breathe that made me
