coming out at work..
So my work place is doing some switches around. For the past year, there has been multiple switches, and I got shuffled around for a bit. Finally, I got a sense of stability and it looks like I’m going to be moved, yet again. My question, I was planning on telling my present boss (who is easy going, absolutely a charm to work with) the week after, the week of 5/9 and I’ll be just over 13 weeks. The new boss lady will be starting on 5/16 and I’m almost certain I’m going to be moved. I’m not sure when and how to tell her that I am expecting. If I do move, do I mention it to her at our first meeting, or do I wait a couple of more weeks and then “feel” her out and then tell her. I’m not a fan of females bosses, never really have been. I believe this lady is in her 50s and has a kid as well. Help. I’m so confused.

Re: coming out at work..
What is your biggest concern? That they're going to move you and you don't want to have to adjust to that while pg? (I totally understand that bc I'm a teacher and if they switch my grade for next year I'll be upset about it.)
They might not see your pregnancy as a reason to not change your position. Maybe they'll think you'll have plenty of time before you go out on maternity leave to adjust to the move, go have your baby and then come back. On the other hand, they might not want to move you bc you're pg and that'll be great for you. So maybe you should just tell them when you are ready.
I hope this helps.
