Anyone use Chase for...
an FHA loan? We just got our preapproval from them...but Im wondering if they are good, and if we should use them for the actual mortgage.
We are looking at houses ASAP, and time is of the essence since Im pregnant...and once we have an accepted offer/go to contract, I dont want to waste ANY time getting the mortgage to go through.
(Just had a terrible experience with Wells Fargo, not FHA loan, and we actually walked away from that deal for other reasons).

Re: Anyone use Chase for...
I would use Continental home loans
they are the #1 banker of FHA loans and the #1 independent FHA lender in NYS
they have in house underwriting- this sets them apart from everyone else- who have underwriting in other STATES (this is what slows down and messes up 99% of the loans)
they have been in business for 25 years
they are flexible
FM me if you would like the names of some great licensed loan officers
I just came from a wells closing- and after what my buyers told me I would never recommend wells again- I am fuming (I didn't recommend wells- but I never would now)
