Can someone please tell me what the difference is ? Also, is it worth it?I get my eye brows done every 2-3 weeks. Any recomendations South Shore Nassau county- am so disgusted with the regular waxing place I go to. TIA!

Re: European waxing
What do you mean by "European waxing"? Done in a European owned and operated salon?

Re: European waxing
I think that's the wax that you don't use a muslin fAbric strip on top of the wax.
That wax is just spread, hardens a bit then they pull the wax without the fabric.
Call to make sure!

Re: European waxing
Are you referring to European Waxing Center? I have been to the one in East Northport and I know there is a new one in Stony Brook now too. Like a pp said, I think it's the wax. I don't know why but I notice it hurts less than when they use traditional wax and cloth strips.

Re: European waxing
Yeah its the wax that just pulls without fabric and its not really cleaner in any way. They told me it would hurt less, honestly, it was the same for me.

But it does not work for all hair type. I have fine hair. It does not work well on me. The more coarse the hair, the better. Fine hair does not get grabbed well by the wax only system, leaving a lot behind.

Thanks! Wow, never heard of that method before. It sounds like it would hurt much MORE...
