Team Green and Sonos
When you go for a sono do you immediatly say that you don't want to know the sex just in case they slip or do you wait for them to ask?
Every time I go I get nervous they'll slip. I have my 29 week appt today and getting a growth sono. Can't wait!

Re: Team Green and Sonos
I would remind the tech. When I had my level 2 I told the tech about 3 minutes in as she was measuring and she just was like oh OK. That way when DH and my moms came in she made sure to not show below the waist!

Re: Team Green and Sonos
i usually tell them but the times that i have forgotten, the tech has asked me right away. if you get a tech that has been doing this a long time, they tend to know to ask you

Re: Team Green and Sonos
At my last sono (12 weeks), I told the tech we aren't finding out. At my 12 week with DS this same tech was able to give us a good guess which turned out to be accurate so I wanted to make sure I got to her before she said anything.
However, I think I remember her asking every time last pregnancy so I think they normally ask anyway. I think I'll try to mention it each time anyway.

Re: Team Green and Sonos
That's usually the first question the tech asks me when I go for sonos, "Do you know what you're having?" and we tell them no and they say "okay good--just wanted to make sure I didn't slip up!"

The sono tech always asks before we start.
