does anyone else NB grunting and sleeping every hour only?
for some reason DS who is 3 weeks old grunts alot in his sleep and then only for any hour at a time today so i feed him and he goes back to sleep but makes alot of noise, i assume he's gassy but he wont burp b/c he goes back to sleep....

DS was gassy newborn, and was super noisy sleeper, and still is. He screams in his sleep some nights even at 12m.
eta:
Our ped told us to try to burp him, by sitting him up on our laps and supporting his head then rocking him back and forth to get the burps out. It worked asleep or awake.

The sitting up burping helps DS a lot. If I can't get him to burp over my shoulder, or even if he does and is still fussy, I can usually get more burps out that way. He's also a bit of a 'loud' sleeper. He will randomly let out a few cries and scrunch up his face but 2 minutes later he is snoring again. Plus he snorts and fusses throughout the night.

ugh my lil guy is just like this as well. i want to help him so bad and its horrible that i cant. he's a great burper but very gassy from the other end. he pushes all the time to get it out.
