No, its totally nothing. I got it last week. I was very anxious about it but the worse part really was waiting for the doctor to come in and sitting there with the paper drape over the lap with DH in the room.

I just had mine last week. It's not painful, pretty much the same as a pap but not as bad.

Its just a Q-tip and they dont even need to put in a speculum.
No big deal at all.
