Re: Registered today and have a few questions
Waterproof Mattress pads: 1 (but I'm thinking I should go pick up another one) Changing Pad Covers: 2 (and I'm getting one that matches the bedding set, but we are team green so I won't get that till after the baby is born. So I'll eventually have 3) Sheets for Pack N Play; 2 but we aren't using it right away. we have a bassinet. Sheet Savers: 0 Mutli Use Waterproof pads 2 packs of 4.

Re: Registered today and have a few questions
Here's what I have of everything you asked about:
Waterproof Mattress pads - 1 fitted and two flat ones Changing Pad Covers - just one Sheets for Pack N Play - 3 Sheet Savers - 1 Mutli Use Waterproof pads - A LOT in various sizes. Probably 6 that are kinda the 3' x 2' size (I use these on top of my changing pad, above the cover so when she pees when I wipe her, I can just swap it out... I also used them on the couch to sit on when I was still bleeding PP just in case... and when DD was spitting up I had them on the couch to catch anything that spilled over just in case). I also use this size one to change her diaper when I'm away from home and don't have my changing pad, which basically makes any surface a changing table. I have 1 that is PnP size that fits under the sheet to protect it. I also have 3 of the little tiny ones that carter's makes and I use those along with a cloth diaper under DD when I change her, on top of the big ones. So basically I can just swap out one layer of the pads when she makes a mess. At the beginning it was projectile poop. Now it's how she always likes to pee right after I remove her diaper. Silly girl.
I'll probably need more sheet savers once she's out of the nb rocker and in her crib. But by far the most useful thing has been the waterproof pads.

Thanks for all the info. What brand of multi use water proof pads did you use?

Thanks for all the info. What brand of multi use water proof pads did you use?
I have one package from BRU that's their house-brand (it was a 2-pack), one pack that are from Target (Circo brand), and one pack that were really cheap that I got at Baby Depot that are definitely rougher than the other two. The BRU and Circo ones are soft -- all are easily machine washable.
Along the same line, I also suggest a package of disposable diapers. I put those under DD also when I change her (you could also use it as a shield since you may get sprayed!) as another portable layer. They're very versatile and inexpensive (I have carters brand of those -- a 6 pack was $6 at walmart).
I also have a small package of the carter's waterproof pads (the ones with the little butterflies on them). I didn't realize how tiny those were until I got them in the mail! It was only $5 for 3, so I should've known. I was disappointed at first (I'd ordered from Diapers.com and didn't notice the measurements at the time) but they've been very useful as well! I keep thinking about getting another pack of 3, but I do laundry so often I haven't needed more.
BTW: you cannot have enough of the burpy bibs from Aden & Anais! I got 2 as gifts, ordered 2 more, bought one at BBB, and just this week ordered ANOTHER package of 2 from amazon! I have SEVEN now!!! They are so super useful and amazing! I even put them across DD's lap when she's in her infant seat as sorta a mini blanket. She loves to grab it. Then when she drools, I can easily wipe her mouth.
Sorry I'm going on and on. I get excited sometimes.

Re: Registered today and have a few questions
they make a waterproof cover for the pack and play - if you are going to use that as a bassinet - i reccomend two for that
at least two water proof covers for the crib - someone on here recomemended making the bed mattress cover, sheet, mattress cover, sheet - it is much easier to rip sheets off with one hand in the middle of the night then put sheets on
