Tummy tuck (skin fold from c-section)
Breast lift (those suckers suffered with BFing)
Bottom jaw broken and moved forward (reconstructive surgery)
Nose job
Hair implant
Fillers for wrinkles
Laser hair removal
Spider vein removal
That's what comes to mind so far.

Boobs, definitely. My DH would LOVE IT too... he tells me all the time 
Tummy tuck - my stomach was perfect before my kids, even without exercise.
Lipo on my thighs.
I don't think I'd mess with my face - even though I could use botox on my forehead and my lips are kind of thin.. messing with your face could go very wrong and I'm not willing to take that chance.

I already TOLD DH that after if things don't go back to the way they should be I am getting a tummy tuck or lipo, or whatever is needed to make things be as they should

i just wish my damn upper lip wouldnt sweat so much!!!
and wish i didnt have to worry about melasma. so annoying. although, it DOES keep me out of the sun, so maybe a bleesing in disguise!

honestly nothing, I'm not perfect, but I look the way I look, I'd like to think that I have an unique face (I enjoy people trying to figure out what nationality/race I am,lol) , nice figure, I'm nothing special but I wouldn't want to change anything.

Implants. Mine are a small B at best(Def got smaller after DC#1). Right now I am pregnant with my 2nd baby and I love the size of my breasts. They are a very full C. That is what I want. After I am done having kids, I am so buying new boobies!!! DH doesn't like the idea at all but he can kiss my butt!!!
