Virginia Beach
Any recommendations on places to stay on or near the beach? What is there to do besides beach? Any good restaurants?

Hi! I live in Virginia Beach.
The Hilton at the Oceanfront (31st street and Atlantic) is really nice. There are a lot of new hotels popping up down here and Im sure most are nice. Just ask how old the hotel is when you book and if its older than 10/15 years, ask if they have remodeled recently. We have some older ones that I wouldnt stay in but they are quickly being replaced by new ones.
