Westbury BabiesRUs and coupons
I went to BRU today in Westbury and asked about their coupon policy. I know a lot of people have been asking lately, so thought I would post what I was told.
They said they accept ALL BRU, BuyBuyBaby and Bed, Bath and Beyond as long as they are NOT expired. They will not even take their own expired coupons.

DId they specify to you that they ONLY take the 20% coupons? Because last time I went I tried to use a $5 off BBB unexpired coupon and they told me they couldnt take it, but I could have sworn I used one there before

I just used one of the BBB $5 off ones at BRU on Sunday. I guess it all depends on the cashier and if they really know BRU coupon policy or not.

The girl said that you CAN use the BBB $5 off coupons. The cashier was VERY nice which probably helped considering most times I go there they aren't.

Seriously wt f is wrong with that place?!?!? Last time I went they wouldn't take the $5 coupon either. how about teaching all cashiers the same policy and rules so this doesn't continue to happen. The cashier had the nerve to tell me thy never accepted the $5 coupon I said I've been shopping here for over 2 yrs and always use the coupons. I left the items at the register and left. Next time I'll ask for a manager. It was during my lunch so I had no time to complain.
