Egg McMuffins!
Do you think the ham on there is ok? I mean, I know they don't slice it fresh and probably microwave those things....but do you eat them?
I just did. It was so good.

I've had the egg and bacon and the egg and sausage on bagel but not the ham. My Dr said as long as it was heated up any of the meats are ok.

My Doctor said even toasting a sandwich at Subway is good enough to kill the bad stuff. I think the cooked ham is fine.

i ate a bunch of the sausage egg mc griddles in the beginning - they are totally heated and cooked, i wouldn't worry
