Re: Yoga Ques
I'm fairly new to yoga (been practicing for about 2 years) and I've been taking regular classes up until this point (I'm almost 30 weeks) but I am starting prenatal classes this week because I just haven't been comfortable with some of the various postures (even with modifying).
I think I'm at a point now that I'd like to take a yoga class that is focused on being pregnant and what would benefit me most. I've never taken a prenatal yoga class before but I'm hoping it will be good!

Re: Yoga Ques
The yoga place I go to suggests you switch to prenatal once you hit the second tri, but I don't know if there's an official rule.

Re: Yoga Ques
I would say second tri as well. Don't want to do any exercises on your back after that.
