leg cramping?
i woke up this morning and have cramping in both of my legs. it still really hurts. I have tried stretching them out but it's not helping.
Is this normal (I am 10w1d)? Any tips to make them feel better?

bananas. believe it or not. my godmother swears by it. anytime she feels the start of a leg cramp, she'll eat a banana.

Re: leg cramping?
I had them for most of my first pg. I tried drinking more water and eating bananas, but nothing seemed to help. I had them almost every night and my legs were constantly sore!

Re: leg cramping?
You HAVE TO stay super hydrated. It's so hard, but it's a must. Esp in the beginning cuz you're peeing out everything. Bananas are good, but so is sweet potatoes. And what better replenishes your electrolytes than Gatorade - but drink G2 cuz it's sugar free and who needs all those extra calories? You can also drink tonic water before bed (the quinine helps) but I've been told to check with your doctor first.
