Maternity clothes... How much?

How much are you getting? How much do you feel like you need? I don't know, Maybe I'm just a clothes wh0re - but I want a bunch!

@ 20 weeks this is my collection so far - I have 2 pairs or jeans, 3 tops, 2 tanks, 1 dress.
And Hand-me-downs - 3 sun dresses, leggings, and a black sleeveless tank dress.

And summer isn't even here yet - I'll need some shorts and bathing suits!

And of course 2 scrub pants and 2 scrub tops for work, but that's a given!

Am I the only one who feels this way? I know so many people that say "Don't waste your money" but I can't help it!

I have a lot already but that's because of my job. I have to wear a business suit sometimes, other times it's business casual and then I had to buy regular clothes for going out and hanging out. Very annoying to me because it's so expensive. I would never consider dropping the amount of money I have spent so far on my regular wardrobe. But I have no choice so it is what it is.

I have the following maternity clothes:

2 cheap tanks from forever 21
1 pair of under-belly skinny jeans from forever 21
2 pairs of black dress pants, one boot cut belly panel pair and one under the belly skinny leg pair
1 black maternity sweater from gap
1 half-button-down shirt from gap

and the following, bought ~20w:
1 pair of full belly panel skinny jeans from pea in a pod
1 pair of belly panel white capris from DM
1 pair of belly panel leggings from DM
2 dressier empire waist dresses from DM
1 somewhat dressy dress from target
1 longish silk (?) shirt from DM

nothing particularly $$$ except the belly panel jeans which were ~70 but I plan to wear them a ton. I've been mainly in non-maternity tops and realize I'll eventually need a few maternity ones but I'm trying not to buy too much... I'm 21 weeks

I have a ton! I didnt buy as much with my last pregnancy but this time I didnt think about it, i just bought... always bought on sale & never had to buy jeans since I had designer jeans from last time, come to think of it, I bought one pair of skinny jeans and no other pants. I bought lots of lightweight sweaters, cardigans, tanks, long sleeve tee's... I hope one of my friends gets preggo soon bc they will be very happy!

I dont think its a waste... 10 months is a long time! I wanted to feel and look good so I shopped away!

I didn't buy a lot.

I have:
tanks (but they were dirt cheap and awesome!)
2 l/s shirts
4 s/s shirts
1 skirt
1 pair of cords
2 pairs of jeans
2 black pants
1 chino
2 capris
4 dresses
3 tops

Most is old navy, some motherhood. 2 dresses and 2 shirts were gifts.

I used the bella band for a while which helped and I have these flowy tops and stretchy tops already in my closet that were great.

Did I have a big selection? No. Was it frustrating? A bit. Could have splurged a bit more. But it's all good.
