Places to run near Lake Ronkonkoma?
Places where there's a track or path with markings so I know how much I'm running.

Holtsville Ecology Site has a paved route...I think it's about a mile long, maybe a little longer. It has markers every 1/10th of a mile.

Raynor Park on Ronkonkoma Ave (across from Kohls) has a paved path. Then there is a really nice park in Nesconset behind where they are building the new library on Smithtown Blvd (same rd as Portion Rd), there is a paved track there. Its about 10 minutes west of Hawkins.
