Does anyone live...
In a condo in mid to eastern Suffolk County? We are interested in buying a condo, and would love any feedback (pros/cons) that you can give! TIA
We already looked into co-ops, so Im asking about Condos specifically.

My grandparents townhouse in a community is for sale. No sure if its the same thing you are looking for.
Their community has a pool and behind their unit is a pond with a fountain. they pay dues of (I think) about $400 a month. I can find out exactly from my mom if you want.
Its located in Holbrook between Sunrise and the LIE

I live in a condo in Holbrook. Fm me any questions. I love our development although management could be better at times. Dh and I are on the same page and never want to own a single fam home. If anything I could see us moving in 10 years to a bigger condo in the same town.
