Back from Disney and wanted to share a few pics and reviews :-)
We had a blast! DD didn't know who Mickey was before we left but after she got his temporary tattoo on her arm, she was in love  It was high 80's, she loved the Dumbo ride, the characters (except Pluto  ), the fireworks, the food....all the kids. I have to say I am I REALLY impressed with how organized they are there and how friendly they are to all the guests...
Some places we went that I loved:
-Animal Kingdom (safari and expedition everest)
-Hollywood Studios (tower of terror and soarin)
Epcot and MK...rides but mostly the pic opportunities and the fireworks
DD had a BLAST dancing to all the music there....she seriously LOVES to dance soon as she hears music
We ate at Boma one night, a little pricey but it was good and different than the same old stuff
Character dining w/Mickey was also good

Thank you! The funny thing is DD gives kisses and sticks her tongue out too...so its like a tongue kiss Mickey was probably like w-t-f LOL

Question, how old is your DD? We are going in September, DD will be almost 15 months. I am trying to figure out how aware she will be of what is going on.

She is 20 months. I'm sure she didn't know what was going on completely, I think she had a blast (from her dancing, laughing, watching people etc). We went b/c I had a conference down there anyways, but I still think it was fun for all. There were LOTS of babies and little toddlers there too, so I'm sure at 15 months she will have fun. My DD thinks the kitchen is fascinating, so Disney was exciting to her LOL. Enjoy!

I stayed at Caribe Royale (but I had a conference there so that was why I stayed there)...but it was fantastic. We stayed in a villa so we were able to cook in our place, which saved for breakfasts and sometimes lunch too. We were able to do our laundry in our room too, and the pools on the premises were great (1 large pool, 1 villa pool, 1 kiddie pool). It was within 3 miles of Disney World and about 15 mins from the airport.

LOL, yes we did, not everyday though. It kind of worked, she walked with us but took her time walking...which means she walked slowly and was staring at EVERYTHING!  Luckily she got tired of walking after awhile and wanted the stroller (she normally doesn't want to be in it).
Have fun! I love the weather down there right now, not too crazy hot yet!
