Question for 3rd Tri Ladies
When did your LO flip to the “head-down” position? And did you know when it happened?
Last week at my 29 week appointment,  was still head up. My doctor said it really doesn’t matter at this point and that all that matters is that by the time I go into labor, that she is in the right position. Still, I’d feel so much better if she would just get into position sooner rather than later.

I have no idea when it happened but i had a growth sono at 31w4d and baby was head down. They said it will most likely stay that way (I hope!)
With my DD, i had a 3d sono at 27w and she was head up, 4 weeks later at my growth sono at 31w5d, she was head down.
Both of my babies move SO much i have no clue when it could have happened

I haven't been checked for this at all yet. Actually I'm going from a 27 week appt to a 31 week appt... so I'm assuming they won't be checking until at least 31 weeks.

I had an ultrasound at 32 weeks and baby was head down at that time. With my son he was head down by about 29 weeks

Baby was head down as of 31w5d ... she hasn't been any other way at any subsequent US, and I've had one every week.

Baby has been head down since around 31 weeks. Doctor verified that baby's head is definitely down there last week. I knew it because I only even get kicked up high.
IMO, you'll KNOW when baby is head down  the pressure in the pelvis from baby's head is undeniable that that's what is going on.

I am 35w and I am pretty sure that she is still sideways...I have a sono in a week so maybe she'll be head down by then...
