What I woke up to this morning-Munire crib owners- help!?
This is what I woke up to this morning! We lowered the mattress a few weeks ago to what we thought was the lowest setting. Please tell me there is a setting lower then this! Image Attachment(s):

Re: Munire crib owners- mattress height?
Yes...it goes lower...I went through this with DS when he "jumped" out of his crib at 13 months. the lowest setting will put the top of the mattress even with the top of the bottom rail. (Oh..I'd get those bumpers out of there too...they're perfect step stools for our little climbers!).

I was going to say the same thing about the bumpers.

No help b/c we are not there yet but we have the same exact crib so we'll be there soon.
totally off topic but did your furniture chip and peel really badly. We have had a terrible experience with Munire and the finish of the set.

I'm shocked your mobile is still up there, we had the same one, my DS would pull on it so hard, I swear he would have broke it off or the crib or something. I just let the music part.
Bumpers out! Those look like nice thick ones too, they learn to climb the second they learn to stand!

Really!? Ours has been fine. It chipped in one spot but I think that was our fault. Did you call company?

It definitely doesn't look like it is on the lowest setting.
I think when it is on the lowest setting the metal bars are perfectly horizontal to the ground. (can't remember exactly).
And I agree with the PP, take down the bumpers!
BTW, I can't believe he's pulling up to standing already!!! What a big boy!!

Re: What I woke up to this morning-Munire crib owners- help!?
It goes down one more. You have it on the middle setting. Move the screw/nut to the next hole on the arm. Please post how you do this. To get it where yours is niw, same as ours was a PIA! I had to lay under crib & hold the springs w/ my kness while I adjusted the screws. I know you can't fit under for the lowest setting so I wonder how we are going to do it? Good luck. Please let us know how it goes. Oh be careful w/ mobile he can use the arm to pull up on and help him to climb out. Happened to my friend. We have same one too. I left the music part in.

We moved it to the lowest setting last night. DH and I turned the crib on it's back so the springs were easily accessible. This was much easier than when we moved it to the middle setting.
