Finally!!!!!!!
I am thrilled to say that after 11 months of extreme real estate craziness, we are in CONTRACT with our house in Syosset!!!!
There are some really nutty peole out there but I am hoping that we will have a smooth and easy closing!!!!!!
On another note, I think my brother always let's us know he is watching us... we received the news that the contracts wee signed, today being the 2nd anniversary of his death! We love you Adam dearly!!!!!
