Waiting for second beta
Waiting to hear the results of the first beta was awful!!!! I didn't think the second beta would bother me but I am pretty nervous. I just hope everything keeps going up!!! My number on the first beta was 90 and Dr. B said that was great. What is a typical number?

check out betabase.info... its not about what the # is as long as it goes up the way it should... at least 60% in 48 hours and at least doubles in 72hrs... although most of the time it doubles in 48 hours

it is a very good number for 8dp5dt

90 is a good number. the number you want to see today is around 180 or so. it doesnt HAVE to be 180 as long as its a significant increase its usually a good sign. good luck!

Update on second beta: so dr. B just called and my beta is now 246!!! Progesterone was 233!! He said it is beyond perfect. What a relief !!

good luck!! i agree that the second was way worse than the first. But as someone else said it doesnt matter the number but rather how it is increasing. I had a 90 at 13dpo and 392 at 16dpo.
