Poll: Is it bathing suit season yet???
I am longing for summer with this crummy weather!
I can not wait to be by the pool or at the beach!!! And providing I keep my body and only put on baby weight in the front I want to rock a bikini! DH thinks I'm crazy, and he also like for me to keep modest  ...
So what will my fellow preggers be weathering? And how far along will you be? I'll be all sorts of pregnant all summer with a EDD of 9/2.

I'm due in a couple of weeks and hopefully by the time I have to rock a bathing suit, I'll be back to my normal self again (wishful thinking maybe?) We shall see!

We'll see. I'm due in 2.5 weeks so I'm hoping I look somewhat decent by summer.
This is the first summer I actually dread because who knows what I will look like and what kind of condition my body will be in. I've gained a ton of weight this pregnancy despite eating healthy and exercising regularly (in fact I'm still going to the gym in my 9th month!) so I'm scared. I have no idea how quickly or how easily I'll get my body back. Plus I figure I won't have time to be on the beach this summer with a newborn in the house so we shall see.

I'm due 9/18, and I don't think I'd be comfortable in a bikini. I'm 16 weeks now, still in my regular clothes, but even if my shirt lifts up a little bit I'm so quick to fix it. That's just me though, I'll opt for the tankini this summer, but I've def. seen many preggos rockin' bikini's at the beach, do whatever you're comfortable with!

I was just in Florida and I had one bikini that fit me and I felt so uncomfortable in it. I had a really hard time finding a top to fit my boobs, bottoms were no problem. I finally found a tankini thats really cute and adjustable at the top. I felt so much better in it. So that will be it for me I am not spending any more money on bathing suits it will just be the one.

I'm due July 12th so NO bikini for me. I like tankini's. Still cute and comfy.
I'm not a one piece girl. Usually bikini's, but not sure if I'll be in one this summer

I think you should wear what you feel comfy in!! No offense but there are many people out there who do not wear the appropriate suit!
I think there are some pregos who look adorable in a bikini with their cute belly!

i bought a tankini because im due july 1st.
i put on a bikini the other day just to go to a spa and not only were the bottoms completely small, but the i looked absolutely ridiculous, and that was at 26weeks. so keep in mind that while you think you might just gain in front - you really cant control it that much and you're going to want to be comfortable either way.

I am due right before summer with twins, there is NO way I am putting on a bikini this summer. I don't even want to wear a bathing suit for that matter! I just bought this or the rare occasion I may show my lower half!!

LMAO same here. I'm due 9/15 so I will be huge this summer. Most likely will be wearing a tankini. I think the only way I'd wear a bikini is in my backyard alone or with hubby, but I'm scared to see the sight of myself!!!!!

Having to pee every 5 minutes + a wet one piece to pull on and off = a NIGHTMARE

We are due the same day and I will be rocking a bikini too! I dont care! I live at the beach in the summer (mostly a private beach anyways).

I bought a tankini but with DS I was due around the same time and wore a bikini if I wasn't going to be around a lot of people (out at the pool or something). This time I feel like I'm much bigger already so I don't know if I'll want to have so much exposed

I am due mid may and hoping to make it to the pool to swim laps by mid summer. i will be wearing my one pieces - they are just more comfy for actual swimming.

My mom taught me when I was little to just pull the bottom over to the side... I'm guessing that's a little harder when you've got a huge belyy in the way and you're attempting to NOT sit on the public toilet seats at the beach!

that is adorable!!!! is it $$$$$? We are going to the Amalfi Coast in exactly 4 weeks for our babymoon! It will be 70s. Probably too cold to swim but I'd like to lay out a little... undecided if I'd rather just wear a tank top and regular bottoms or bother with a maternity suit (or maybe swing it in a non-maternity suit?) My parents have a pool and I might end up out there a few times too this summer?
I'm due 8/24 so I'll be pretty big this summer...

Well i was considered overweight before my pregnancy and My lo is due july 27 th so i will def spare everyone the horror and say no to the bikini for me Lol...I'm thinking I'll be shopping for something more along the lines of a moomoo by then
