Back from my RCCL Cruise!!
We had an AWESOME TIME!!! Liberty of The Seas, what a beautiful ship. Loved Costa Maya, it was the first time we've ever been there, and Belize and Cozumel were great - we've been to both before.
We even booked another trip while on the ship for December for the Southern Caribbean - which we've never done before.
The only complaint I had has nothing to do with RCCL - we had an cabin that adjoins with another cabin - there were ALOT of teenagers with their parents on the ship (spring breaks) - there were 2 17-18 year old boys next door who insisted on trying to open the locked door ALL the time - my DH talked to them the first day and asked not to do it. It lasted about 24 hours, he talked to them everyday - we complained to Customer Relations, they sent security, the last night was the worst, I was in the room alone - DH was in the Casino - it was 10:30 pm- they were trying to open the door, banging on the door. I knocked on their door, of course they didn't answer. I called Guest Relations, they sent Security - 20 minutes later it started again. I went down to Guest Relations and had a fit and told them they better find the parents of these kids and get them on a leash or I was going to lose my mind. Security came again and removed them from their room until their parents were found. Customer Relations told me they have spoken to these boys and their parents the whole trip - apparently they were causing other problems and their parents attitde was "we're on vacation, we can talk to them, but what can you do". I don't know how parents can be llike that - I know you want to enjoy your vacation but it's incredibly rude that your teenage kids are making mine annoying.
Other than that - RCCL never disappoints!

Re: Back from my RCCL Cruise!!
We went on that exact cruise in November and thought it was great. (Besides the fact that it caused my pulmonary embolisms, but that's not the cruises fault....) We loved Maya Chan at Costa Maya.
We didn't have the kid issues, but then again we make sure not to book an adjoining cabin and don't vacation in the summer, holiday or major vaction weeks.
Did you go on the Flowrider?

Re: Back from my RCCL Cruise!!
Neither of us tried the flow rider this time - DH has his ACL replaced in mid January and I had an abdominal surgery the beginning of January - he definitely wasn't allowed to do it and I was a little nervous, next time.
We've already planned the next one while we were on board - what a great incentive - $200 room credit!
