Dry heaving...

So this morning the dry heaving began. I didn't have a lick of food in my stomach. I was pouring with sweat by the end of the 5 minute session.

Question, would it be better to eat a little something to puke up when I'm feeling like its going to happen rather than dy heave? I thought I was going to die Chat Icon

Re: Dry heaving...

if you can, i think it would be better to try to get something down. maybe just saltines or something?

also make sure you drink lots to stay hydrated!

Try keeping the saltines beside your bed and eat a few before you even get up. Take some sips of water with them and it should help.

get whatever you can in your stomach. it may not prevent you from getting sick, but i found it to be less... atrocious... that way.
