anyone know of any apartments for rent?
My cousin is a nurse looking to rent an apartment, either in a building or a home. TIA!

I have a customer looking to rent an apartment in Bellmore (south of Merrick Rd.). It's a one bedroom (top of a Cape) with a living room/kitchen combo (kitchen has a sink, apartment size full stove, and apartment sized fridge), and full bath with a tub. The apartment is very sunny (lots of windows) and clean. It was just freshly painted and the landlord put a new tile floor down in the bathroom. The rooms are a pretty good size (bedroom about 10.5 by 18.5 and living room is about 13.5 by 19.5). Lots of closet space.
Asking rent is $1000, but there may be room for flexibility if the tenant is financially qualified. Rent includes all utilities, including cable. Landlord will NOT accept a pet.
