Third Trimester Question
I will be 37 weeks as of tomorrow. I still have not lost my mucus plus, but had my "bloody show" late last night after going to the bathroom. All day today I've had mild lower abdomen cramps on and off....Should I not be over thinking this or could this be the beginning of early labor?

Dr said the baby is in position, but I wasn't dilated. Still having on and off mild cramping. Hmmmm

i had my bloody show when i was in the hospital. 20 minutes later, i went from 4cm to 10cm dilated!
