need girls' names help too! fast!!!
DH had elyse picked out for  , so i chose mireille for the middle name (pronounced meer-AY and meaning "admired") i picked it b/c i think it's beautiful and we LOVE french names-but used it for the middle name b/c i was worried about pronounciation problems throughout her life.
now i'm starting to get "cold feet" and thinking of not using the name at all!
what do you think about these other names? DH's sister's dd is sophie-
is sylvie too close?

i'm past due too! was due on the 26th. we have our boy's name picked out but girls' names have been really hard for me!

Love the name you chose.
For me I think Sylvie is too close to Sophie and I like Elyse much better anyway!
