This may be a dumb question...
When the baby gets up in the middle of the night crying, do you feed the baby first or change the baby first?

Ditto.
Because I would want him to go back to sleep and a diaper change can be a little stimulating while a feeding can actually be relaxing/calming.

I change, feed, she poops while eating, and then try very hard to change her again without waking her up!

change to wake them up, then feed & burp and right back down.
I know a lot of mommies watch TV or something during middle of the night feedings but I always fed DS in his room, on his ricking chair in the dark and quiet at night. During the day was lights & sounds on... It worked for us, he was a great sleeper and would only be awake tops 30 minutes every night.

this exactly. I never wanted to risk the diaper change after..she usually fell asleep during the feeding.

Thanks Mommas!!!!
That's what I figured as well, just wasn't sure! And I like the advice about quiet feedings at night and loud/bright ones in the daytime.
