If you drank O'Douls to increase your BM supply..
did it help? How many did you drink per day? Dr. recommended my daughter try it. It's non alcoholic but something about the yeast in it is supposed to help milk production.

Never heard of Odouls - my SIL drank Guiness every night after her last nursing session and she swears it helped.

I have heard to drink a beer to increase supply. I also made lactation oatmeal cookies that had brewer's yeast in it to increase my production.

I did as well and the difference was noticeable.
