If your LO under 1 year old is mostly on table food...
can you tell me what you give each meal and how much of it? DD is starting to reject the purees and I am not sure how much table food to give her to replace it. TIA!

I would jus put small pieces if table food on his tray. When he was done, he would flat out refuse another bite. I would just continue to give pieces until they refuse or start playing with it instead of eating

Same here...including throwing food off the tray then I know he's done.

Same here too...DD let's me know by refusing it, spitting it out, or throwing it. I make a plate with each item to see a general portion size and then cut it up so I have a better idea what I'm giving her.

We keep giving food till she refuses it. last night DD ate half a chicken cutlet for dinner along with italian bread.
Just make sure the pieces aren't chokeable and small enough.

Re: If your LO under 1 year old is mostly on table food...
I just make a plate. A little chicken (shredded) some veggies, and usually a little pasta or some carb. I put it on her plate and she eats. I don't know exactly how much. But she eats most of it and then fusses when she is done. She can eat and even when she fusses as I clean her up she's usuAlly still grAbbing food off her tray or out of her bib that fell it's very funny.
