spotting in third tri? - TMI

So, I came home from work and when I went to pee I noticed that there was a little bit of what looks like light pink spotting on the panty liner I was wearing. I am completely freaking out! Going to call the dr., but has anyone heard of this before? I am 31w4d.

I just read on Baby Center (31 weeks) that you might experience changes in discharge at this point and pink-tinged was one that they mentioned.
