Thanks everyone!
We've been looking for almost 2 years, so it's crazy to think we've actually gotten this far!
I already can't concentrate on anything because all I want to do is think of paint colors, light fixtures, accessories and all that good stuff. I can't wait!

It's already tipped on its side, but the homeowner plans on hooking it back up and everything so they can use it until they move. We added to the contract that if for some reason it breaks, they're responsible for removing it.
