Cabo San Lucas
DH and I are going to Cabo San Lucas next month and I was wondering where we could go to eat or what we should see.
We're staying at the Riu Palace if that helps. Any ideas or suggestions?
TIA!!!

Re: Cabo San Lucas
I went there a few years ago. LOVED it! I may still have a few pictures up in my profile. We stayed at the Riu
Loved love loved Squid Roe. If you go downtown there are tons of places. I felt very safe there. If you have an option of Sonoa Island tour, go! Amazing! Also, the sunset cruise so much fin. it was a booze cruise If I can think of anything else, I will let you know.
Have fun!!
ETA: There was also an ATV tour that was a lot of fun

Re: Cabo San Lucas
We have a time share at Playa Grande - we love it...
If walk around the Marina there is restaurant after restaurant- we also like Romeo & Juliet which is at the end of town near Playa Grande - also Raphael. We LOVED Raphael - we took a cab - and I think you need to make a reservation.
There is Cabo Wabo (Sammy Hagar's place- great burgers); there is an italian place - Salvatore's - I didn't really care for it - but DH surely did !!!
Good Luck and enjoy ! We are going end of October !

Re: Cabo San Lucas
Go to Billygans in Medano Beach. It's a bar/restaurant right on the beach, good music, contests, buckets of beer, and the best gaucamole around.
It's on the beach, and you can see the ARCH from there. They also have boats from there to take you over there. It's a fun atmosphere.
We walked from our hotel there a few days, and spent the day just chilling in the lounge chairs, drinking and people watching.
Also, we ate at Ruth's Chris a few nights, for a nice dinner, which is right in/near the marina. You can walk to other restaurants and clubs from there too.

Re: Cabo San Lucas
We stayed at RIU Santa Fe which is next to RIU Palace and love it....the bars are great and the staff was awesome and looked out for you the whole time...Squid Roe was the best! I remember the Zoo and Cabo Wabo too...go horseback riding on the beach and take a boat to the Lovers Beach by the rocks

Re: Cabo San Lucas
Mi Casa is a great place to eat in town...I believe there are 2 locations - can't go wrong with either of them. The Office is fun and on the beach. I went so long ago the names of other places are escaping me. I can look them up - you looking for nice/fancy or very low key/casual?
If you want to do a very fancy dinner...go to dinner at Las Ventanas hotel...GORGEOUS hotel/very fancy. They do have a more casual grill - not sure if you can go for dinner if you are not a guest there but it's worth looking into if you don't want to spend as much at the restaurant. Also One and Only Palmilla offers a very fancy/$$$$ dining option.

I have never been but it is on my MUST SEE list b/c of how much Toby Keith (LOL) loves it - it's true, I listen to him b/c I figure he knows! He writes songs about it, he has a home there, he talks about it, he is allll about it
