this should kill off a few cravings...

I usually bring lunch but didn't today and couldn't decide on what I wanted... and ended up at one of the deli food bars.

I got a little of each of:

lo mein (have been craving that since the chinese thread lol)
slices of breaded chicken with melted cheese on top over sauteed onions
diced tomato and avocado salad
cous cous/tabbouli mixture with cranberries
mac and cheese
one piece of sliced steak to test my meat aversion that seems to have almost completely dissipated

luckily I'm not normally one for indigestion but that should kill off a few cravings

LOL you sound like me.. the other day DH asked what I wanted to eat and I couldn't decide b/c I wanted such a variety.. my answer was..

french onion soup
a quesadilla
a krispy kreme donut
mozzarella sticks
pastrami on club
cheese fries with gravy
sweet and sour chicken

I am a MESS lol!

Last night, my hubby and I were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner and I was like "I want a little of everything. I wish I could just get buffet style every night!"

I want Chinese, lasagna, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, pickles...everything!! hahahah

this was perfect because i was able to get a little bit of the things i was craving and a little of anything else that looked good. as I walked to the checkout I thought of something else I might want and picked up one little piece of that too

last night i was only making dinner for myself and i was seriously contemplating the following options:


BK chicken sandwich
scrambled eggs and toast
mac n cheese
pancakes
chicken soup
a bagel

i ended up making an egg and cheese on toast sandwich

sometimes the overwhelming urge to eat all sorts of different things just ends up with me eating the easiest to make!

OK, this may have killed off a few cravings for you, but you and consequent posters, have created a few for me!!

I could really go for Chinese Food, a Krispy Kreme Donut, a chicken sandwich, mac & cheese, and fries with gravy

I am such a whale b/c DH has been bringing me home a krispy kreme everyday for the past 2 weeks.. it's a serious addiction at this point.
