Re: BundleMe Lite?
I just registered for one and I'm due in July. You just never know when there is a cool summer breeze or even for the fall.

Re: BundleMe Lite?
With my first DC, I only registered for the regular one bc I didn't even know about the Lite! A friend told me about in the early spring and I got it right away. LOVE IT! I used that in the spring and fall, and the regular one in the winter. The Lite is perfect for just protecting them from that chill from the wind.

Re: BundleMe Lite?
If I may insert my opinion...
I don't think you need either one of them. My 2nd DD is a May baby. We used a regular blanket if it was a bit chilly during the spring/fall. It's much easier than strapping the BundleMe in and out depending on the weather each day. By the time winter rolled around, she was 7, 8 months and just about out of the infant carrier...she wore a one piece fleece thing with a hood in the cold.
I also have September and October babies and the regular BundleMe was wonderful...never needed the "Lite" with either of those.

ITA. Blankets work great -- you can use muslin ones (like the aden & anais blankets / swaddlers) when it's warmer out and fleece ones in the winter. Since you can't use anything under the baby in the infant seat in the car (it's a safety hazard), blankets are just better for that. You can also use the aden & anais blankets around the baby's head when he/she is very tiny in the infant seat. Those things are so freakin versatile and perfect! DD was born in January and we didn't use a bundle me at all (and it does get cold here in the south... although we didn't really go out much except for walks until she was 2 months old because it was still flu season and the ped said no going places where it was crowded then).

Re: BundleMe Lite?
i agree, as a BTDT mommy, you don't need either for the infant carrier.
I HIGHLY recommend the toddler bundleme, though. I left it on the stroller the whole winter (the stroller folds easily with it on.) At that point DS was old enough to kick a regular blanket off and the bundleme was a lifesaver when we were out shopping, or in the city, etc.
