Anyone ever experience this?
Ok so for about a week or so Ive been feeling very light period like cramps. I was at the dr when I started feeling them and she said that it was totally normal.
Now today around noon I felt stronger period like cramps in my lower abdomen and back pain. It was on and off for about an hour. I decided to take a little walk to see if it would help but my back hurt more and more. I got some lunch, sat down relaxed and ate and it seemed to go away. The pain was on and off for about an hour. Now I kinda just feel tired and achy.
What the heck was that? Anyone else have this before? I am 36 weeks.

See when I read up on BH it says that its not supposed to hurt and these hurt in my back and abdomen. Maybe it was just BH??

idk... they also said their belly got hard... did that happen to you?

I think if they get worse with walking that they are contractions...I have been having them on and off for I would say at least 3 weeks...lately, they get worse when I walk....
My belly also tightens insanely, especially when I walk

At about 33 weeks I had really painful BH. I ended up on the phone with the OB at 2am. He said that it was normal and that sometimes BH can be a little painful. Try to rest and drink a lot of water when you get this. I know that when I had them really bad I felt knocked out for a day or two afterwards. Feel better!!!

I've never had back pain, but I do get menstrual like cramps from time to time.

i have cramps and i am 30 weeks they arent painful but there not comfortable
if yours are really painful i would think they were contractions
