STRESS!!
Does anyone else get scared that they get stressed out over things? I get stressed over things and then I stress over the affect it may have on the baby! Please tell me I'm not alone.

Actually last time I was PG, I remember reading somewhere that stress affecting the baby is an old wives tale and it actually doesn't harm them!

I don't think it is healthy for anyone, pregnant or not, to have an exuberant amount of stress.
I do try to breathe easier and let things slide when I am pregnant, because at the end of the day it probably isn't worth that aggravation anyway.

i hear ya!! words cant express how much stress this pregnancy has caused me aside from all the other stresses of everyday life....i worry constantly about it and pray that it will not have a negative affect on my lil guy!

I have high stress job and work over 10 hours a day and my doctor said the baby wil be fine!

I was beyond stressed my last pregnancy and my mom would keep yelling at me don't be stressed ur stressing the baby out, well I can tell you DD was one of the easiest babies ever, so honestly while I do think the things you do and feel affect the baby, don't let the stress stress you out
