Stupid ??? Regarding Bringing Baby Home
I know you bring the coming home outfit for your lo, but does the hospital provide the little white snappy shirt to go underneath, or do you have to bring those as well??? Thanks for any responses.

At Winthrop, we were asked to leave the undershirt and the blankets.

Kim, at St. Charles its not a full onsie. It's kind of like a long sleeved shirt that buttons on the side. We brought a onsie to come home in.

Bring your own.
At Winthrop, they let me walk out with anything I wanted but the shirts they put the babies in is not a onesie just a long sleeve white shirt.

Re: Stupid ??? Regarding Bringing Baby Home
OMG I just got this vision of putting the coming home outfit on our LO and now I am sitting here at my desk crying. I can't wait!!!!!!!
I don't know if Good Sam gives you a onesie, so we will just pack one in case.

Good Sam doesn't give you a onsie, they put the baby in a long sleeve t-shirt. They didn't ask for it back or for the blankets back so we have his little hospital shirt. It was huge on him them, but looks so tiny now!

Re: Stupid ??? Regarding Bringing Baby Home
The take home outfit I have came with a onesie, that is what we are using.
I delivered DS at Huntington. They don't use onesies. They use the t-shirt with side snaps. I can't remember if they asked us to leave them. But I hated them anyway so I didn't want them.
This time I am delivering at Winthrop. Not sure what they use or their policy. But again, I don't like those t-shirts anyway so I wouldn't take it.
