Today is the day!
We're meeting with our lawyer to sign the contract! 
I never thought we'd find a house this quickly...but we did! The homeowners are lovely people. They let us take our parents to see the house (and our parents loved it).
It's the perfect house for us, great SD, close by to where we are now, and in our price range!
I'm so nervous. The amount of money that goes into a house is overwhelming!

Congratulations, Colleen! I am a big believer that you don't need to look at hundreds of houses to find "the one." It's like finding a husband - when it's right, it's right!
